Hailey is responsible for project managing the media team, which includes overseeing the lifecycle of media campaigns, tracking deadlines and budgets, and keeping a pulse on team capacity. She enjoys creating and improving systems to make them more efficient. Outside of work, Hailey regularly volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House of West Michigan. She is also an avid reader, MCU fan, and tennis player.
