James manages our web infrastructure as part of the DevOps department and also provides technical support to the Interactive team. He has 15 years of experience as a Linux systems administrator and PHP developer. In addition to his development skills, he spent several years as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. This collective experience lets him approach a crisis or task with a level head and critical thinking.
