Christa oversees our operational teams. In this role, she helps break down team communication barriers, enhance process efficiency, and ensures ddm has the right people in the right seats. Christa’s entire career has been at ddm: she worked on the social, media, interactive, and marketing automation teams before landing in the operations role. Her other interests include spending time with family, calligraphy, reading, and being part of a puzzle club.
